MAPLE STREET

Maple was a recent project we completed in February of 2020!  It is located in the Morningside area of Sioux City, Iowa.  This was my most challenging fixer upper to date.  Maple Street took 10 months to complete!  The new homeowners were very excited to get moved in!  Check out pictures below of the transformation made at this home in Sioux City.

VINE STREET

Vine is located in Dakota City, Nebraska.  It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and now has a very spacious and beautiful kitchen. See the work that was done to both the interior and exterior of  Vine!

HOMER

Homer was my first fixer upper project ever!  It was considered my "practice run", and I loved every minute of it.  This was a huge transformation from start to finish.
